Looking through the motoring periodicals of the 1930's there can be found many illustrations of cars towing trailors and caravans. Caravan holidays were becoming increasingly popular during this decade and lightweight caravans of both the 'fixed' and 'folding or collapsible' varieties could now be towed behind cars of moderate performance. The Minor appears in many of these period photographs and a small sample of them can be viewed here in the slideshow gallery below.
