The BeForty Rally is a truly European affair, taking place at a new continental venue each year. For 2026, the rally was based in Winchester, with participating cars and crews from across the continent. Network member Rufus Cope, seen here in his MG M Type Midget (WC 1578) also entered, covering 250 miles over the two days. The Pre-war Car website describes the concept of the event thus: “Take one hundred young enthusiasts (all under forty), add fifty pre-war cars, mix them into a beautiful European setting for a weekend, and let the magic happen. It’s about the cars, yes, but even more about the people and the unbeatable atmosphere.”
