Despite the cold, a dozen souls braved the weather and celebrated the arrival of 2026 with a chatty bunch of fellow enthusiasts at the Network’s New Year’s pub meet at the Cross Keys Inn in Redgrave, Suffolk. As a result of this chin-wagging, the final available 1066 Rally place may well have been taken by the crew of a 1929 Morris Cowley, or perhaps their acquiescence to the suggestion was just a ploy to stop a certain Semi-Sports driver from droning on and on about it!
