Less than six months after its April 1930 launch, Wolseley introduced a larger body for their Hornet Saloon while retaining the original ‘Morris Minor’ bodied car within the range. The later Hornet Fabric Saloon (illustrated here) sold for £185 while the earlier smaller bodied version was reduced in price to £175. The late January/early February 1932 Chester registered car (FM 6651) illustrated here looks almost new in this internet sourced photo.
