These two images of 1930 Morris Minor Semi-Sports (TY 7961) are part of the Harry Edwards’ Collection and were taken in the 1960s. The collection includes four further shots of the same vehicle, one with the bonnet raised, revealing a S.V. Minor engine, its original OHC unit having been replaced. Harry’s own notes for Ty 7961 refer to the car as a Gordon England Special, although the Morris Motors Progress Books describe it as a Two-seater, which was completed on 28th November 1930, a month before the introduction of the S.V. £100 model.
