In the July 2017 edition of Morris Monthly, Morris Register historian Tom Bourne, proved conclusively that the three known designs built around a shortened long-wheel-base Minor chassis were originally destined to become the revised Minor range for the 1934 model season. This trio of photos features the Two-seater model and illustrates clearly the repositioning (further forward) of the radiator.  These non-adopted designs are now universally referred to as the ‘Ugly Duckling’ range.
