Triple M Corner no.347

By September 23, 2024Triple M corner

The Triple M series of MG’s all belong to a family of models that commenced with the 1929 MG Midget and continued through to the mid-thirties via a long string of four and six cylinder OHC engined cars that forged the marques identity.

Taken on 11th April 1936 this LAT Collection photo shows H.K. Crawford’s Cream Cracker MG PB (JB 7524) heading up a queue of other MGs (with the exception of a solitary Singer Nine) awaiting entry to an observed section while taking part in the MCC’s 1936 London-Land’s End Trial. Immediately behind Crawford’s car is Cream Cracker JB 7525 driven by J.E.S. Jones. (Photo courtesy of Motorsport Images)
