The Network's eighth annual photographic competition - sponsored by:

Introduction…

The 2020 Photograph Of The Year competition will have undoubtedly tested the ingenuity of those submitting entries, as the coronavirus pandemic has meant that far fewer ‘vintage’ miles have been covered in our Minors, Midgets and Hornets this year, therefore providing little opportunity to take photographs.  Nevertheless, and as hopefully to be seen in the gallery below, Minorists are made of stern stuff and when finally ‘allowed out’ after lockdown, socially distanced shutters have been clicking away. We must again thank Motorsport Images who have agreed to sponsor the competition for the eighth year in succession, while Kevin Wood, their Director of Photo Collections and his team will adjudicate for us. The competition was originally established to provide a little light relief for all in the period prior to the commencement of the seasonal festivities each December. This year, perhaps more so than in any other, we could all do with a little extra good cheer. As in prior years the top prize is an A3 print of any image to be be found among the tens of thousands on the Motorsport Images website. The winner will also receive a £50 Amazon gift voucher and become the custodian of the LAT Plate for 12 months, upon which will be engraved his or her name. If you are reading this prior to the 28th November 2020, then it’s not too late to enter – simply read the rules as set out below and forward your entry or entries to info@prewarminor.com where I look forward to receiving them. (Chris Lambert – October 2020)

It’s not difficult to enter, after reading the rules, select your (upto) three favourite images of  a Minor, Midget or Hornet and forward them to info@prewarminor.com Landscape format if possible please, as the winning images are to appear in our 2021 wall calendar.

And the winner is …
