Triple M Corner no.332

The Triple M series of MG’s all belong to a family of models that commenced with the 1929 MG Midget and continued through to the mid-thirties via a long string of four and six cylinder OHC engined cars that forged the marques identity.

MG Magna (BPA 60) was first registered  to J.H. Leedale in Surrey in early November 1933 who then went on to enter all three major MCC trials in 1934. The two images seen here were both taken over the weekend of 18th & 19th May whilst he was competing in the 1934 MCC London – Edinburgh trial where he gained a Premier Award. (Both images ex Tim Harding Collection)
